• Independent Entrance: There are 2 apartment units on the upper floor of Villa Liza rented separately. Entrances and exits are completely independent; the pool and terrace area are exclusively yours and fully sheltered. 🚪

• Damage Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. This will be fully refunded on your departure day, provided there is no damage, loss, or breakage. 💰

• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our villa. 🐾🚫

• About Nature: Due to its location in nature, all our villas are regularly treated for insects. However, the possibility of encountering butterflies or harmless insects is higher than in city centers. 🦋
