✨ All kitchen utensils are available, including an Airfryer, filter coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, citrus juicer, food processor (rondo), etc. Additionally, a washing machine, dishwasher, and hair dryer are available. 🛌💎

🌊 Pool Dimensions: 3*7 meter private swimming pool.

☀️ Garden Features: 3 sun loungers and a shower in the garden are available. If we can make it in time for the season, a barbecue will be built; for now, a grill is available. 🔒☀️🍹

🔔 General Information and Important Notes:

• 🧼 Cleaning Fee: For stays of less than 3 nights, a cleaning fee of 5 thousand TL is charged.

• 💰 Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 10 thousand TL is taken at the entrance to the villa.

• 🍃 Embracing Nature: As our villas are located in a natural environment, insects or pests may occasionally be seen. Professional pest control is carried out periodically for our guests’ comfort.

• 🏗️ Environmental Factors: Due to ongoing construction work in the region during winter and spring, there may be some ambient noise.

• 🔒 Full Seclusion: We always provide a 95% non-visibility guarantee in our fully secluded villas. The remaining 5% is the margin of avoidance.

• 🐾 Pet Policy: Due to our hygiene and cleaning standards, unfortunately, pets cannot be accepted in our villa. 🚫🐶
