🔔 General Information and Important Notes:

💰 Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is collected upon check-in for any possible damages or breakages. If there are no issues upon check-out, your deposit will be fully refunded.

🧹 Short Stays: For stays of 3 nights or less, an extra cleaning fee of 3,500 TL is required.

⚡ Included Services: Electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi connection are included in the rental price. (Due to regional infrastructure, occasional slowdowns in the internet connection may occur).

🍃 Embracing Nature: As our villas are located in a natural environment, insects or pests may occasionally be seen. Periodic pest control is carried out regularly.

🔒 Seclusion: We always provide a 95% non-visibility guarantee in our secluded villas. The remaining 5% is the margin of avoidance.

🐾 Pet Policy: To ensure you can enjoy your holiday with your furry friends, only small breed pets are accepted in our villa. 🐶🐾
