💳 Damage Deposit

A 7,000 TL cash damage deposit is collected upon check-in.
If no damage, loss, or breakage occurs, the deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure.

✔️ Electricity, water, and gas costs are included in the rental price
❌ Extra cleaning, additional bed linen & towels, car rental, guiding services, and insurance are not included
🌿 All villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests; however, insects or mosquitoes may still be encountered
🚧 Periodic infrastructure works in the area may cause temporary road works, water, or electricity interruptions

📌 Notes

🔸 A 6,000 TL cleaning fee applies to stays of fewer than 7 nights
🔸 In case of reservation cancellation by the guest, the paid deposit is non-refundable

🔔 General Note

As our villas are located in natural surroundings, insects and pests may be encountered despite regular pest control. During winter months, construction work in the area may cause noise. This situation applies to all villas located in nature.
