• Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of 6,000 TL applies for stays of less than 7 nights. ✨

• Inclusions: Electricity, water, and gas usage are included in the price. ✅

• Cancellation Policy: The deposit paid to secure the villa is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

💡 General Note: Our villa provides Wi-Fi, ideal for social media and emails. As the villa is located in nature, regular pest control is carried out; however, there is always a possibility of seeing local butterflies or insects in the surroundings.

Pool heating is available for an extra fee of 2,000 TL per day. Guests requesting this service must inform us at least 3 days prior to their arrival.
