• 🍃 Embracing Nature: As our villas are located in a natural environment, insects or pests may occasionally be seen. Professional pest control is carried out periodically for our guests’ comfort.

• 🏗️ Environmental Factors: Due to ongoing construction work in the region during winter and spring, there may be some ambient noise.

• 🔒 Full Seclusion: We always provide a 95% non-visibility guarantee in our fully secluded villas. The remaining 5% part is your margin of avoidance due to the non-visibility of the ends and corner points.

• ☀️ Hot Water Usage: Solar-powered water heating systems are used for hot water in the villas. In case of very intense hot water use, the water may run out, and a certain period may be required for the water to heat up again.

• 🐾 Pet Policy: Due to our hygiene standards, unfortunately, pets cannot be accepted in our villa. 🚫🐶
