🧺 Towels and pique sets are provided in all bedrooms according to the number of guests.

🔔 General Note:
As our villas are located in natural surroundings, insects may occasionally be seen despite regular pest control. During winter months, construction work in the area may cause noise. This is common for all villas located in nature.

• Children’s pool: 4 m²
🔹 Pool maintenance is carried out every morning by professional staff.

🌳 Garden:
Lawn area, olive trees, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, seating area, hammock, swing, fireplace, barbecue, and private parking area.

📶 Internet:
Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. Due to regional infrastructure, the internet speed is minimum 50 Mbps.

💰 Damage Deposit:
A 5,000 TL damage deposit is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out if no damage is found.

🧹 Cleaning Fee:
A 5,000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of fewer than 5 nights.

🐾 Pets:
For guests traveling with pets, a 5,000 TL cleaning fee and 5,000 TL damage deposit are required.
Pets are accepted on the condition that they bring their own beds, are not allowed on furniture, and do not enter the swimming pool.

📅 Holiday Periods:
Minimum stay during public holiday periods is 5 nights.
