🍃 Embracing Nature: As our villa is located in nature, there may be insects, flies, or pests around, and this is a normal situation. Periodic pest control is carried out for our guests’ comfort.
⛰️ Geographical Location: In our region, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on a slope. For this reason, there is an uphill climb while going to our villas.
🔒 Full Seclusion: We always provide a 95% non-visibility guarantee in our fully secluded villas. The remaining 5% part is your margin of avoidance due to the non-visibility status of the ends and corner points.
☀️ Hot Water Usage: Solar-powered water heating systems are used for hot water in the villas. In cases of very intense hot water use, the water may run out, and a certain period may be required for the water to heat up again.
🐾 Pet Policy: Due to our hygiene standards, unfortunately, pets cannot be accepted in our villa. 🚫🐶
