Consisting of two floors with separate entrances, our home is rented entirely to a single group during the summer season (May - October), offering an isolated and private holiday experience. It allows you to enjoy nature with its structure adorned with surrounding citrus and fruit trees. It is very conveniently located for tourist spots (Dalyan 10 km, Iztuzu Beach 18 km, Sarigerme 25 km). ✨📍

• Private Pool: A swimming pool where you can cool off, measuring 4.5 meters in width, 8 meters in length, and 1.50 meters in depth.

• Relaxation Area: 6 brand new rattan sun lounger cushions, 4 sun umbrellas, an American bar with 9 chairs, and a 6-person rattan seating group under a 4x4 meter pergola in the shade of the trees.

• Activities and Fun: A barbecue (BBQ) area with an outdoor kitchen counter, an outdoor shower under the orange tree; plus a bird’s nest swing, a double swing, and a hammock for teens and children. ☀️🍹🍖

🛋️ Spacious, Comfortable, and Fully Equipped Interior The details of our home, built on a 245 m² indoor area (185 m² ground, 60 m² first floor) considering all the needs of our guests:

• Living Areas (Ground Floor): A spacious sitting room, an independent living room, a 20 m² separate kitchen, 1 shared bathroom/WC, and 1 extra traditional toilet.

• Climate Control and Infrastructure: Electric instant water heaters and a triple solar energy system are available in the bathrooms. Against water cuts, there is a fully automatic 1-ton hygienic water tank with a booster pump, passing through a 3-stage filter (including a silt cyclone). 🛌💎✨

🛌 Bedrooms and Sleeping Plan Our bedrooms designed for the comfort of our guests:

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor): 1 double bed.

• Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor): Kids’ room with 2 single beds.

• Bedroom 4 (First Floor): 1 double bed, a shared bathroom/WC on the floor, and a spacious 20 m² balcony.

🧹 Accommodation and Cleaning Fee: Our villa can be rented for a minimum of 5 nights. For stay requests under 5 nights, an extra cleaning fee is charged.

🐾 Pet Policy: Due to our hygiene standards, unfortunately, cats/dogs cannot be accepted in our villa and are not allowed to be fed in the garden. 🚫🐶
